Commercial Energy Analysis Fees:

0 to 2,999 square foot  = $300.00 
3,000 square foot to 4,999 square foot  = $400.00 
5,000 square foot to 6,999 square foot   = $500.00 
For every 2,000 square feet after, add  = $100.00  
Because of the complexity of the plans for three or more levels, add  = $100.00 to the total

All residential mechanical drawings are engineered and overseen by Michael R. Busby, Ph.D, PE, starting at $ 0.15 per square foot of heated and cooled area. Residential plans are not normally stamped* and are drawn by hand. If you would like to have them drawn in Auto-CAD and stamped, we can do that for an additional fee.

  • We are not registered in all 50 states, and we can only stamp plans in states in which we are registered.  If an energywiseâ„¢ dealer generates enough business in a state where we are not yet registered, energywiseâ„¢ will, at our expense, go through reciprocity to obtain registration in that state.
